Daniel Iracki, Attorney at Law
Daniel Iracki is a new associate of litigation with Wilner Block, P.A. Iracki was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 8, 1981 and raised in Upper St. Clair. He graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science. He played middle linebacker on Duquesne’s 2003 I-AA national championship football team.
Iracki obtain his J.D. in May 2007 from Florida Coastal School of Law. He was selected by his fellow students as the commencement speaker for his graduating class, and his speech emphasized the theme of holding up the ideals of the law. Iracki earned a Book Award, the highest grade awarded in every class, on the topic of professional responsibility. He received a pro bono certificate for completing more than 400 hours of volunteer legal assistance in various capacities. He was a member of the Mock Trial team and competed in state and national competitions. Iracki was also a member of the Chester Bedell American Inns of Court, an invitation-only legal mentoring organization that pairs law students with seasoned trial attorneys and judges.
Iracki clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida in Jacksonville and worked for the U.S. Army JAG in Fort McPherson, Atlanta, Georgia. He also worked as a legal adviser at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and interned with the FBI cold case homicide division in Washington, D.C. Before going to law school, Iracki graduated from the Police Academy in Pittsburgh.
Recently married, Iracki enjoys spending time with his wife, outdoor activities and flag football and softball.
Iracki is a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He is licensed to practice law in the Middle District of Florida. With a strong emphasis on research and strategy in complex litigation, he is particularly interested in taking personal injury cases to trial.
